All of HyeCanna's quality products are back by the no BS return policy. If for any reason you are not happy send us back the container and we will immediately issue a 100% refund

Our Return and Refund policy terms are:

Terms of return: within 60 days from date of purchase
State of return: any
Reason for return: any
Process for return: contact customer service at service@hyecanna.com initiate a return and then send back the container.
Process of refund: once empty container is received you will be notified by email that we have received the return and we will then credit the initial purchase price back to you. If paid by credit card the return will be to the same card.

If you signed up for an auto ship plan you can withdraw at anytime. To withdraw you need to send an email to support@hyecanna.com to cancel auto ship services. Once we receive this email we will cancel your subscription within 48 hrs. and send you a reply email confirmation..
Auto ship subscriptions give discounted pricing and special promotions. Signing up to an auto ship subscription is not necessary to receive one time promotional pricing when offered, but they may be required to continue to receive the promotional pricing.
